1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Engineers Shop BD carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Your invoice serves as your warranty certificate — please keep it safe. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, voltage spikes, water damage, or unauthorised modification.

2. Return Eligibility

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused, uninstalled and unpowered
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Electronic components that have been installed or powered on (PLCs, servo drives, sensors, circuit boards, etc.) are non-returnable unless found defective on arrival, as these cannot be resold once connected to a live circuit. Custom or special-order parts ("Get a Quote" items) are also non-returnable unless defective.

4. How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup, drop-off, or replacement shipment.

5. Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or via bKash/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
